This upcoming outdoor event, set against the backdrop of the Nicolaus Copernicus monument in the heart of the Old Town, promises to ignite the musical spirit of the city. The concert programme will showcase iconic pieces from the realm of popular music, along with heartfelt patriotic songs and delightful musical surprises. Guiding the audience through this musical journey will be the Vabank WOAK Orchestra, a local ensemble deeply rooted in the community. With eight years of musical collaboration under their belt, the Vabank Orchestra has recently started cooperation with the Provincial Centre for Cultural Animation. They are known for their dynamic stage presence, constantly adapting their image to suit the unique atmosphere of each concert. Led by the talented Waldemar Urbański, the musicians consistently deliver innovative, unconventional, and pleasantly surprising projects. Their repertoire spans a wide range, encompassing spirited marches, enchanting operetta themes, and timeless hits from the worlds of pop, film, and jazz.
